Domain DNS Proxied

One major reason as to why your SSL certificate is not being issued correctly is due to your DNS Records being proxied! If you are using Cloudflare and you see an orange cloud over the DNS records that you have pointed to our servers, your DNS records are proxied. This makes it so that our servers are unable to verify your domain thus resulting in your SSL Certificate not being generated properly!

How do I fix this?

In order to fix this issue, it's very simple! All you have to do is click on the orange cloud and make it grey. It should now say "DNS Only". Click Save, and you should now be ready to generate your SSL Certificate again in the settings tab on PixelPanel!

After you have gone ahead and generated your SSL you can now enable proxy for your DNS records for that extra layer of security!
